StackZeta, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its principal address at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

All commercial engagements are governed by a written agreement executed between StackZeta, LLC and the client.

This website does not operate a backend and does not store submissions. The project brief form composes a message in your own email client; no data is transmitted to or retained by this site.

In client engagements we apply data minimisation, encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege access. Personal data is processed only where necessary to deliver the contracted service.

Client information, source code and business context are treated as confidential by default. We sign non-disclosure agreements before technical discovery whenever requested.

Access to client systems is granted per-engineer, time-bound, and revoked at project close.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, software developed by StackZeta is provided to clients under a licence that includes continuous development — frequent updates, adjustments and improvements delivered over the life of the engagement. Third-party open-source components remain under their own licences.

The StackZeta, Orbit and Stratum names, logos and visual identities remain the property of StackZeta, LLC.

Scope, timelines, acceptance criteria and support terms are defined per project. Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at scoping.

Support and maintenance agreements are contracted separately from delivery and define response windows explicitly.
